About me and my practice

I have extensive clinical experience, offering psychodynamic psychotherapy and counselling to adults in a safe and compassionate manner.

I completed my training as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at WPF, a leading training and clinical organisation for psychotherapy, validated by the University of Roehampton. I am an accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their codes of ethics and working practice.

Experience

In addition to my clinical practice I am currently honorary psychotherapist at City Pregnancy Counselling & Psychotherapy (CPCP), a leading charity providing therapy to individuals needing support around pregnancy and related issues including struggles with motherhood.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a lengthy career in Financial Services in the City and understand the stresses and demands of working life. Previously I received a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.

Additional Information

Over the years I have worked with a broad range of issues including depression, stress, anxiety, relationship and family issues, low self esteem, loneliness, feeling stuck, early childhood trauma, bereavement, older people's counselling, cultural and expat issues, infertility and miscarriage and redundancy.
